AbeTech is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to join our service team as a Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for directing the work of the deployment team and dispatching tickets to our services desk members while maintaining clear records within AbeTech systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage client orders through services department
- Allocate deployment technicians for projects
- Dispatch Service Desk tickets
- Assist in monitoring client inventory
Requirements
- An ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is a requirement
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily duties
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams
- Client focused
- Understanding urgency and ability to instill in others
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
- A high school degree or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PSA Software
Salary Description
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
